Food as medicine and the purification of the body has been one of the essential themes for those experimental philosophies from the well-known Ayurveda, Chinese medicine, Tibetan medicine among others. For all of them , food is medicine in the sense that its objective is not to satisfy a mere pleasure for the senses but rather to be the means to a more lasting pleasure such as a state of health.
Our experience and research has led us to develop habits that have helped us maintain balance season after season as well as an optimal energy state based on the balance of a varied diet combined with the cultivation of prana and body purification practices that help us. teaches the science of yoga.
We accompany you throughout 21 days to transform your habits and your body, freeing it from toxins, increasing your energy and undoing habits to recover what you already are, an energy system self-sustained by life.

We are going to know a little more about the relationship you have with food, your habits, your body's response and your needs at the time of the consultation to define the objectives of the 21-day support .
Preparation of your roadmap
In a week's time we will have a new meeting to deliver the proposal to you and agree on how to carry out the support.
Every day we will be available to you to answer questions, support you and make the necessary adjustments.
Recap
After the 21 days, we meet to share impressions and review the proposed goals and how you feel about them.
If you think it is necessary, we can continue with a new cycle, as many times as you consider until you feel that you can be completely self-sufficient to maintain a healthy relationship with food.
