Trained in HATHA YOGA and a practitioner of TANTRA KRIYA YOGA, I have researched various massage techniques, with PALMISTRY for soft tissues and DEEP TISSUE CALIFORNIA for deep tissues, my essential tools.
The massage is an experience of mutual listening from where I mainly accompany you to settle in your body, open your breathing and from there, lead you to experience greater relaxation and openness.

If you want to delve deeper into the most energetic personalized experience of yoga, I offer you individual tours, where I accompany you to restore the unity between body, mind and energy in an experiential way.

I began my first experiences in the field of cinematography and television, after numerous jobs and experiences, including military service in my homeland like any neighbor's son, in Colombia.
Everything I experienced there perhaps made me question life and the meaning of our existence, although I recognize myself as reflective from an early age.

Little by little I lost interest in certain ambitions and I approached the field of health for the first time in 2009 through chiromassage and Amazonian medicine. Years later, I was given a week of hatha yoga classes for my 38th birthday, which meant starting from a new perspective.
Thus, yoga repositioned me not only physically, but also organized the possibilities. Together with various massage training, Buddhist philosophy and the continuity of experiences with traditional ancestral medicine, all of them represent the door to access an essential intimate reality and being available for life from an increasingly basic being and at the same time more extensive, a being that is recognized in everything and everyone.

Yoga has not been the only practice that I have done in these years, nor a strict and constant practice, although it has always been the common thread and complement of all of them. It transcends the practice mat and I feel it present in my growth, daily walking and relationships.
