What is a session?

La duración de una sesión completa es de 2hs y 30 minutos a 3hs, pues por encima de todo nos importa que puedas abrir y cerrar tu proceso con tranquilidad y seguridad.

Depende de ti realizar una sola sesión o un ciclo de mayor duración. En este último caso podremos ir más profundo en las causas de las desviaciones y las tensiones respiratorias al inicio de cada sesión.

We perform small stretches on different parts of the body to check which parts are affected and the level of adherence.

The average duration of the massage ranges between 60 and 90 minutes, which will depend on the level of accumulated tensions , the location and your ability to release through breathing when the maneuvers are performed.


We recommend that you take at least four sessions for complete release.

​In more advanced sessions we include yoga stretches and breathing before the session.
