Before release, I will perform positioning maneuvers and identify the precise areas where the tension originates.
We perform small stretches on different parts of the body to check which parts are affected and the level of adherence.

The average duration of the massage ranges between 60 and 90 minutes, which will depend on the level of accumulated tensions , the location and your ability to release through breathing when the maneuvers are performed.
We recommend that you take at least four sessions for complete release.
In more advanced sessions we include yoga stretches and breathing before the session.
